Some churches have a person designated as the "camp promoter." If you don't have one, you might designate one!

Registration

First, you'll want to download the registration form.
Please follow the grade levels and ages designated for each camp.
Register early! When camp capacity is reached, additional registrations are placed on a waiting list--whether the deadline has been reached or not. Early Bird discount is applied to all registrations received by May 1.
Every registration must have the minister's signature, as well as signatures from the camper and a parent or guardian.
Please work with your own congregation to develop, publicize, and grant camp scholarships. Limited scholarship assistance is available through our region, but local churches need to be primary sources.
